30th Surprise Birthday Ceiling Balloons

A group of friends set up a 30th Surprise Bday held at Chopsticks on Kentucky in downtown Florida.

Party People Celebration company was hired to install 200 helium balloons with ribbon to the ceiling to bring color to the space.

Rose and Pink balloons brought fun color to the high ceilings.
