Winter Wonderland 2008

This Dance floor was for a Corporate Holiday Party held in Tiger Town Hanger December 2008
PRIOR to me starting the blog. With the Holiday season here I thought you would enjoy what beautiful effects balloons and Lighting can have on a space

A snow tunnel was created for the entrance to give guest a Wow effect as they walked into the room. Previous room also had snow and lighting to create the mood from the moment they came into the building.

Fall Festival - Ministry Fair

Over 250 feet of balloons create a wonderful fall swags over the Ministry Fair!
With 3 ft Burgundy leaf print balloon in the center.

These pictures only touch on how wonderful they looked in the space, we were getting compliments as we installed the decor, and as we took it down! Thanks to all the teens who helped pop the balloons at the end of the event!

These 20 inch Leave Print Balloons are Bold and Beautiful! Perfect for any Fall Celebration in October or November. Seen above filled with helium will last 1 -2 weeks, and then can be "refilled" with helium to last even longer! Can be filled with Air and attached to a column or hung from a ceiling to last for a longer period of time (I have one in stock filled with air from a year ago!)

March of Dimes 19th Annual Chef's Auction

March of Dimes is All about the Babies - so we turned the Lakeland Center into one big Baby Themed event!


The Baby Boy and Baby Girl Sat on Top of 5 ft tall columns holding and Arch of Balloons for guest to walk under as they entered the room.

10 ft Tall Towers with a 4 ft Wide Base added color to each side of the Large Screen at the Lakeland Center.

I really enjoy serving on the planning Committee for the March of Dimes Chef's Auction and working with the great team of volunteers that come out every year.

The fun part is when I started working with the volunteers 5 years ago - they were so excited to see my High Speed Inflator and Balloon Tying device. After 14 years of inflating balloons "the old fashion way" We now can get 100 plus centerpieces done in a short amount of time.

Haines City Citrus 100 Years Celebration

Our Team enjoyed working with Paula for the last year to put together Decor to create a Memorable Celebration for Haines City Citrus as they Celebrated 100 years of business. Event was held a the New, Beautiful Lake Eva Convention Center, part of the Haines City Parks and Rec department.

As Guest Arrived they went Under a 14 ft Tall Orange Tree into the main room This served as a custom Entrance and Photo Spot.
The Stage Backdrop was made out of two Balloon Walls 10 ft Tall by 8 ft wide. That's 160 square feet of Balloons. These pictures do not even start to show how wonderful the wall set up the stage area.

We had this 7 and 1/2 ft wide sign made with the event logo to accent behind the podium

















The White in the balloon wall served as a backdrop for the Cake Tree and ORANGE shaped Cakes from It's a Piece of Cake by Maggie to really stand out.
















Our Team created and installed 100 centerpieces for the event.

Shadiya's 14th Birthday Pool Bash!

40 inch Silver Foil Balloons spell out the Birthday Girls Name and was placed over the food tables as guest arrived to the party.

The Pool Deck was adorned with 10 ft Arcs that arched over the pool creating fun and color -but giving plenty of room for the guest to enjoy the diving board and swim during the party.

Topiary Puff Balls were attached to the Columns on the pool deck to brighten that area. And the final touch of 4 pool floats added color to the water.











22 inch Bubble Balloon is stuffed with a 16 inch Rose balloon and adorned with mini lime and teal for added color to let guest know where to Turn into the drive for this home party.

The Bubble balloons do GREAT in the Florida heat and sun - a new type of balloon it stays clear and does not oxidize like a clear latex balloon does.

ABWA Lakeland Downtown Chapter, July 2009 Birthday Celebration

Lakeland Downtown American Business Women's Association chapter Celebrated their 13th Birthday.

The ABWA colors are Red, Black and White.
We were asked to create 10 centerpieces for the lunch tables, and then some Birthday Balloons for the Stage.

Centerpieces and balloon decor can be done in a variety of colors and styles to match your theme. It's just not a Party till the Balloons Arrive!!

This is not a great picture - my camera was acting up - however you are able to see the 'magical' Balloon inside a balloon. This is a fun effect that can be very elegant for a wedding...or loads of fun for a Birthday celebration.

This centerpiece was created with special Decor foil balloons that come in a large variety of colors and sizes to make unique designs.

ABWA Elections

Congrats to Jeanette Wallace - the New Vice President for Lakeland Downtown Chapter ABWA!

Jeanette is pictured on the Left and Jamie, the PR Chair on the Right.

As members entered the meeting location on Wednesday they were greeted by supporters of Jeanette, I installed her poster to the top of a 5 ft column to give an eye catching display of her qualifications for the position.

Rainbow Ball 2009

Saturday, April 18th at the Red Rose

Did you know that Party People Celebration Company offers Custom Fabric Design's?

When I met with Stacey, the decorating Chair for the Rainbow Ball -fundraiser for the Child Abuse Council she stated she wanted some type of fabric tenting done around the room to accent the entrances and Dessert Tables.

Using vibrant Gold organza we created 5 points of focus. The Main entrance to the room.






After walking through the Main entrance as you go into the main room guest walked under another Tent - this is your view as you walk in.

When I went to take down the fabric - I was delighted to hear that the guest really enjoyed the decor and accents we created for the event.















Tenting surrounded the dessert Buffet's on either side of the room.

Imagine the organza in White for your Wedding.

Church Picnic

Church Picnic and Easter Egg Hunt accented with colorful balloons.

The Lime and light blue shows you what helium balloons look like outside without wind.







The Primary color balloons show you what happens when the wind starts blowing.

We use heavy outdoor weights to keep the balloons at your tables -- however folks may get hit in the head by the balloons.

We can load 100 arranged balloons in the van---it just makes it a little hard for my Daughter to see out the windows!

We have a 10 ft Trailer we use for larger deliveries....but it's fun to arrive with 100 balloons and keep pulling them out of the van!
