Party People Celebration company was honored to win the bid for the 6th year in a row for the Lakeland Chamber Annual Meeting. This year Southeastern University was the featured program for the evening. Party People Celebration Company Coordinated the Linens, Centerpieces, and Red Pipe and Drape for behind the bar. The Lakeland Chamber Annual Meeting, Feb 7 2012

For the third year in a row Party People Celebration Company Coordinated and created the Decor for the Lakeland Chamber annual meeting for 1020 people at The Lakeland Center.

The Founder of Auntie Annies Pretzels was the Keynote speaker for the evening, thus the blue and yellow colors and the big Pretzel on the screens designed by tmr.

We created 3 different centerpieces for the 102 tables. The first centerpiece was a set of 3 vases, two with floating candles and one with a Gerber Daisy.

Our second centerpiece was a 28 inch tall vase with a Blue tall flower inside, surrounded by 4 votive candles.

Our third centerpiece was a dish garden vase with floating yellow flower, surrounded by 4 votive candles.

The Lakeland Center Exhibit hall is a large space. Uplighting and Cutom Gobos with Receipe for Success and Networking Creativity were installed by the bar and cocktail area

Lighting and our fabric accents to the backdrop behind the piano for our cocktail hour entertainment.

Polk County School Board Shining Star Awards Night

Celebrating the Counties Shining Stars - we installed stars from the ceiling to give a wonderful sparkle as School Staff entered for their reception prior to the awards.

6 ft Garlands swirl Columns with a 3 ft star on top add color behind the podium for all the speakers. There was a change in the original plan for Stage Placement, and due to my training as a Certified Balloon Artist, I was able to add height to the 2nd column to allow it to go on the floor next to the stage and still look the same height as the column on the stage.

3 ft Gold stars topped these topiary columns to show guest which hall to go down.
