The Lakeland Chamber Annual Meeting, Feb 7 2012

For the third year in a row Party People Celebration Company Coordinated and created the Decor for the Lakeland Chamber annual meeting for 1020 people at The Lakeland Center.

The Founder of Auntie Annies Pretzels was the Keynote speaker for the evening, thus the blue and yellow colors and the big Pretzel on the screens designed by tmr.

We created 3 different centerpieces for the 102 tables. The first centerpiece was a set of 3 vases, two with floating candles and one with a Gerber Daisy.

Our second centerpiece was a 28 inch tall vase with a Blue tall flower inside, surrounded by 4 votive candles.

Our third centerpiece was a dish garden vase with floating yellow flower, surrounded by 4 votive candles.

The Lakeland Center Exhibit hall is a large space. Uplighting and Cutom Gobos with Receipe for Success and Networking Creativity were installed by the bar and cocktail area

Lighting and our fabric accents to the backdrop behind the piano for our cocktail hour entertainment.

Party People celebration company served as the Event Decor Designer for this years annual Chamber Dinner. Coordinating Linens, Centerpieces and Room Decor. Production by Florida Southern and NFocus Productions.

Southeastern University President Inaguration Friday Celebration

Party People Celebration company had the pleasure of enhancing this beautiful 40 X 100 tent (From Premier Party Rentals, Lakeland FL) with 22 ft Centerpoles with Red Organza Swags. The red organza added elegance for this more formal event being held for the Presidental Inaguration at Southeastern University. As we created decor for this event we wanted to bring out the school colors -- Red, White and Black and carry through hints of their Fire logo.

28 inch vases were used on half the tables with an organic design of a Red "fire" inside with Black and white spiral tall willow, black rock and red beaded accent really "popped" on the white linens.

on the other half of the table we installed a set of 3 vases with Red, White and Black marbles and some "fire" accents.

Hi top tables had vases in different styles including black beaded garlands for extra flair.

The catering department had these wonderful ice sculptures at the food stations.

other vases were wraped with Raffia accents.

the mix of tall and short centerpieces, and the red organza in the tent added visual appeal and color throughout the celebration.

Our Client had photos of the team enlarged and put on Foam Core and then hired us to install the photos around the room with our special system that does not damage ceilings.
