The Lakeland Chamber Annual Meeting, Feb 7 2012

For the third year in a row Party People Celebration Company Coordinated and created the Decor for the Lakeland Chamber annual meeting for 1020 people at The Lakeland Center.

The Founder of Auntie Annies Pretzels was the Keynote speaker for the evening, thus the blue and yellow colors and the big Pretzel on the screens designed by tmr.

We created 3 different centerpieces for the 102 tables. The first centerpiece was a set of 3 vases, two with floating candles and one with a Gerber Daisy.

Our second centerpiece was a 28 inch tall vase with a Blue tall flower inside, surrounded by 4 votive candles.

Our third centerpiece was a dish garden vase with floating yellow flower, surrounded by 4 votive candles.

The Lakeland Center Exhibit hall is a large space. Uplighting and Cutom Gobos with Receipe for Success and Networking Creativity were installed by the bar and cocktail area

Lighting and our fabric accents to the backdrop behind the piano for our cocktail hour entertainment.

For Scholars weekend we created a GO MOCS arch as guest walk into the Bistro for Breakfast and lunch

Florida Super Jam Jan 11 -13th 2012 Orlando Florida

One of the things that people don't always know about balloon professionals is we take great pride in our industry and attend as many training events as possible a year to help increase our skills. Just as other fields have continuing education and conferences. There are many Conventions and classes held for the International balloon community every year.

For the 2nd year in a row I attended Florida Super Jam in Orlando. I assisted in inflating some of the orange balloons for this AMAZING Car Photo Opp. Designed by Robbie Furman from New Jersey and put together by a large team of people the finished product was a HUGE hit.

If you would be interested in having this type of detailed balloon sculpture at your event it takes about 2 days to put together and a good team of balloon artist. I would be glad to coordinate that for part of you decor if your budget allows.

I enjoyed assisting Sylvia and Evie with the hand off on the huge petals as they were installed during class to "this so cute" HUGE Flower!

Such a fun design the flowers can be created in a wide variety of colors and sizes.

One of the parts I really enjoy about a "jam" is the opportunity to sit in a room with a ton of talented and creative folks and PRACTICE new skills. I am NOT a twister ...like the entertainers you hire for your kids party...I am dabbling in Deco Twisting. That is Adding twisted balloons into my decor to make really cool designs

Just another "day at the Beach" Pictured is Billy Damon a wonderful entertainer based in Orlando Florida. For the Beach scene group Photo Billy was in the life guard stand. If you dream it we can put a team together to build it out of balloons.

These fun BEACH designs were created by everyone at teh Florida superjam everyone making a piece to make an incredible backdrop.

I had a blast in Orlando and look forward to sharing new designs with my clients!

Susan G Komen Race for a Cure Lakeland Florida Jan 14, 2012

Many of our clients are non profit organizations who have races and walks. For Susan G Komen I enjoyed working with a wonderful group of volunteers on a 40 degree morning - they were troopers as we inflated the arch at 5:30 am at Tiger Town Stadium.

The best part was their team of workers had lots of experience climbing the rigging to tie the spiral garland arch about 20 ft in the air!

I thought the palm trees looked cool in the background.

We created a 2nd arch that was on weights to be positioned inside the stadium for people to enjoy during presentations.

Thanks to the wonderful volunteers who helped with installation so my assistants didn't have to be up at 5 am on a cold Saturday morning!
