We started the morning with our delivery to Lutz at 6:30 am - thus you can see the CHASE sign Lights! Then we went to Winter Haven for the other location needing balloons the same morning!

Party People Celebration Company is based in Lakeland Florida - but willing to travel in Central Florida, will go outside of the state also - client pays travel expenses!
