Celebrating the Counties Shining Stars - we installed stars from the ceiling to give a wonderful sparkle as School Staff entered for their reception prior to the awards.

6 ft Garlands swirl Columns with a 3 ft star on top add color behind the podium for all the speakers. There was a change in the original plan for Stage Placement, and due to my training as a Certified Balloon Artist, I was able to add height to the 2nd column to allow it to go on the floor next to the stage and still look the same height as the column on the stage.
3 ft Gold stars topped these topiary columns to show guest which hall to go down.
Helium Floor Clusters Marked the entrance doors.
