While installing balloons at the United Methodist Church in Lakeland, one of the staff came up to me and asked if I could create something special for her sons 15th Birthday the next day.
He loves to fish - so we used a foil Bass Balloon added balloon water and lake grass, a happy 15th bday balloon and she had a Perfect balloon piece for his birthday!
